This is a great activity to help children who are struggling with Social Emotional And Mental Health Needs with communication. In a calm environment, discuss who helps them and write down trusted people who they can talk to or go to when they are feeling overwhelmed by big emotions both at home and at school or when out at different groups. This not only gives the adult working the the child background knowledge of who the child can go to when in times of struggle, but it also highlights the different people who care and can offer support to the child directly when needed.
