Order Numerals To 3

When learning about numbers, one of the early steps in counting is to order numerals to 3.  The numerals can be cut out and stuck in the rectangles in order from smallest to largest.  There is also the option to match numeral to numerals if more support is needed.  This is a great activity for children who are working on the early maths concepts, or on P-levels in maths with the objective of ordering numbers.
