Nurture The Power Of Yet Activity

This is a great activity to build confidence and self esteem. Children often get frustrated with negative feelings when they find things difficult.  By using positive language and explaining the super power or YET, this can really help to motivate and provide the super power needed to keep trying and not to give up.  Use this nurture group activity with children who struggle to understand emotions and feelings, children with low confidence to empower and enthuse.  Giving a little more positivity and recognise those small steps.
