New Class Transition Template

This is a great template which can be completed with photographs attached to help children in their transition to a new class.  Photographs of teachers can be added and the names of different teachers/adults can be written on the sheets.  Giving clear guidance of what will happen once beginning in the new classroom.  This is great for children with autism or for children who find change difficult to manage and cope with.
