This is a great powerpoint presentation which can be shared  with young children in KS2, to help them to manage their feelings and emotions.  Growing up can be a difficult time, as hormones start changing and friendships can sometimes be difficult.  This offers a child friendly support to children to give them tips to encourage them to talk to  others when they are feeling that they are struggling.
