Year 1 Phonics Phase 6

Year 1 Phase 6 consolidates all previous learning. Longer words are introduced for children to segment and blend, as well as changing words by adding a suffix and developing understanding of past tense. Many resources are available to download and print to support early reading and spelling. The teaching of the Phonics phases continue throughout KS1.
