Easter Sensory Writing Web

These fantastic activities really help children who struggle to come up with ideas for writing.  This is our Easter/Spring sensory web.  Children can plan their writing initially using the Planning web, using the picture as stimulus and the vocabulary already given to support, they can complete the rest of the planning sheet with their own ideas.  Thinking about the sounds, the smells, how things might feel.  By using senses in writing it really helps children to give more detail and allow the reader to become immersed in the writing.  These are great tools to learn.  We strive to put the love in learning one download at a time...
